I am using kde neon user edition. After I installed aapanel, everything was fine until I installed Apache suggested by the panel after logging in, somewhere at the stage of installing openssl from aapanel servers (node.aapanel.com ) almost everything that uses SSL in KDE applications has stopped working for me.
Removing Apache of course did not help fix the problem because aapanel collected packages from the source and installed them.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download and run from the Live image of kde neon user
2) Install aapanel
3) Check in plasma-discover if there is no error "TLS initialization failed" if there is none - everything is ok
4) Start Apache installation via the panel
5) Check in plasma-discover for the presence of the error "TLS initialization failed"
6) After installing Apache 100%, the error "TLS initialization failed" and "qt.network.ssl: Incompatible version of OpenSSL (built with OpenSSL >= 3.x, runtime version is < 3.x)" in all kde applications
Temporary fix:
1) Goto /usr/local
2) rename openssl111 to any name for example openssl111_0
3) Everything works fine for apps, but apache crashes
