I can't install software in App Store

I installed aapanel on my internal vps internal vps, this network is not accessible from outside.
Inside, if going out, you must set a proxy to be able to use the internet.
I've already set up a proxy.

After I finished the installation, if I restart the vps, I can't install any software in App Store or press Update.
But if I don't restart I will be able to set up the software in the App Store.

I tried so many times, i have 3-4 vps and i got same problem on every pc. How can I fix this problem?

/etc/profile.d/proxy.sh
/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/80proxy
~/.wgetrc
/etc/environment
I am now able to download apps from the app store.

but can't click Update aapanel
Log cleanup and Linux Tools can't install too

I think it's because the proxy settings are not comprehensive.
Does aaPanel use another proxy?

Is there any proxy settings other than the above?
