phpmyadmin ssl login issue!

i have a woreking aapanel..
server
Ubuntu 22.04
mysql 5.7
phpmyadmin 5.0

only issue is, can access phpmyadmin via 888
but when I try to access via 887, clicking phpmyadmin under databases page,
it asks for username and password...and nothing works...
neither root pass, nor my new user created password.
nothing gets me past through the login page to phpmyadmin login page.
needed help in solving the issue....

Hello, this is caused by enabling access authentication, you can turn it off here or enter the correct user and password

i have entered teh correct user and password entered here....as is.
but still I am getting the same issue....
and as for disabling it. i am not able to disable it through the panel.
it shows disabled, but when I again check it, it shows on.
how to disable it...
or let it be enabled,,, just it uses the password provided....

Hi, try uninstall and then install phpmyadmin

blocked this line of code, and now I am able to pass this login window directly to PHPmyadmin window successfully. but the issue is, when I enter the password there and click login, I get 502 bad gateway error page.
thou, in 888 post without SSL, I am able to login successfully.

also tried uninstall and resintall 3 times, but same issue.
using PHP 8.0 for phpmyadmin

Hello, please check if the php used is working properly? Try to restart Php

thanx, now working
by disabling the above lines and restarting the PHP module,
everything is working perfectly.

just for info...
sometimes,
when I restart the server,
panel shows its working good,
but sudo service nginx status shows failed
for some reason.. y that so?
when I stop from the panel and restart the service from ssh
everything shows good and running.....

is that something to worry about.?

The panel uses /etc/init.d/nginx status

so does it make any difference?
sometimes when nginx is started, panel shows its started.
but service nginx status shows failed due to port already taken by other service....
then I have to stop phpmyadmin..
and enable nginx..then enable phpmyadmin again and everything
starts working again.

service cannot manage nginx installed by the panel, please use the specified command
If the port already exists, it is recommended that you check what port is using the nginx port: netstat -tulnp|grep -E "80|443|888"
