I think the error is pretty clear.

On nginx.conf you have set a lua_package_path which seems like is not in there if you don't need it then remove the line, if you need it then set the correct path.

Edit /etc/bash.bashrc, add the following two configuration files to the end
export LANG=""en_US.UTF-8"" export LANGUAGE=""en_US.UTF-8:""
Finally execute the command:
