aaPanel_Kern AFTER few testing at the same problem i found the solution....
when we uninstall php.... all package still there
so i (using centos 7) should uninstall them first via yum remove
we should remove lsphpxx which had problem before
and after related php deleted completly
we should re install it via aapanel
so it's not dns and other's
it's pure corrupted.... and when we uninstall it...
the aapanel sadly not uninstall it all...
but they still left the files there
so if we gonna reinstall before fully delete those files
the installer will skip install system and say the php already installed which the corrupted ones
