How to link multiple websites to different IPs?

I have a VPS from ethernetservers: Plan link
It comes with 2 IP4. I want to host 2 website on the 2 IPs.
I installed aaPanel on it. The site linked to the default IP works good with SSL. The other site is not working, and the SSL shows "Not set".
I can't find a entry to bind IP. Searched the forum, not found a good answer.

Hello, you need to add an A record to the domain name first, such as www.domain.com to specify the server IP, and then use the www.domain.com domain name to add the site.
The panel only supports domain name to apply for SSL. Using ip to set ssl requires the use of third-party SSL

It's easy in VestaCP, just select the IP you want to bind to when adding a domain.

I did add A record for the domain in my registrar, pointing to the second IP.
Add website (domain.com) and enable SSL in aaPanel.
But it's not working. Can't open the website. And the SSL shows 'Not set'.

Hello, where does it show that it is not set? How to display the ssl configured by the website? Is there a screenshot?
Is the server listening on port 443? If listening, please delete port 443 on the security interface and then open it

Navigate to Website to show SSL status:
The first two domains are set to the main IP at registrar, they work good.
The third is set to the second IP, but no SSL and can't be visited.

Here are the listening ports.

If I remove the 443 port, does SSL still work for the good sites?

Opening vrexxxxxxxxxxx.com is a blank website. I suggest you check whether the configuration and files of this website are normal?
