host a domain

I have installed aapanel on my local server machine, now I just create a test.com the directory is /www/test.com, and my IP is 125.xxxxxxxx253.
I have few question, what is the solving URL for test.com because of its not open on ip+port no also try to use location directory. but no success.

2nd. where i can put nameserver and point a live domain on this panel.

Hello, you need to point the dns of the local server or the local computer to the server of the dns manager to use the custom added domain
