Error on DNS Manager 3.6 Empty SOA

I Found an error in DNS Manager 3.6 when using - in an domain name, example my name is test-domain.com, the SOA will be blank, but if my domain is testdomain.com, the SOA appear.
Here's some screen shoot of what happen

The domain is working, but it showed error or mxtoolbox saying "Primary Name Server Not Listed At Parent"
Mean while my other domain without - showed the SOA just fine.
Help fix the issue please

Hello, it is recommended to directly use the management website of the domain name provider to manage the domain name. Or a third-party domain name management website. It is currently known that dns manager records do not propagate.

Hi thanks for the replay, it propagate well, only the SOA that is not working, if you use - in your domain name, if you have domain with full name without - it works, i just want this to be fix
