Backup all data to another vps

Hello, I want to know how to backup (move) all data of old vps to the new one. I try to search in forum but I don't know exactly how to do that. Please help me, thank you for reading!

You can open a ftp on the new server, and then install the FTP storage plug-in on the old panel and fill in the ftp account of the new server, so that when you add a backup task in cron, you can store the backup on the new server

Please check whether the port 39000-40000 of the server you provided the ftp account has been released? If your server provider has a security group, you need to allow this port in the security group

But I am using amazon vps (lightsail), I open the ports 20-22, 39000-40000 as you told me, I also setup as the same with Vultr, after that I saw the folder Backup on vps amazon but the file can't be transferred, do you have any suggestion for me! Thank you so much!

You can try to log in with an ftp client to see if it works normally. Generally speaking, ports 21 and 39000-40000 can be accessed normally after releasing
