For those who has the same problem, you can install aaPanel Fail2Ban Manager in the App Store.
Warning: Do not ban or include your internet Ip Address, the ip address of your Home Fiber internet because you will not acess the aaPanel website and you cannot do everything in the panel.
The Solution for that is to use Mobile Data Internet
