Error download python env fielded

i have try to install with this command

yum install -y wget && wget -O install.sh http://www.aapanel.com/script/install_6.0_en.sh && bash install.sh
and then the error come up.

Download the install script
wget http://www.aapanel.com/script/install_6.0_en.sh

Comment these two lines in the installation script

wget -O $python_src $download_Url/src/Python-${py_version}.tar.xz -T 5		
wget -O $pyenv_file $download_Url/install/pyenv/pyenv-${os_type}${os_version}-x${is64bit}.tar.gz -T 10

change to

#wget -O $python_src $download_Url/src/Python-${py_version}.tar.xz -T 5		
#wget -O $pyenv_file $download_Url/install/pyenv/pyenv-${os_type}${os_version}-x${is64bit}.tar.gz -T 10

Store pyenv-el7-x64.tar.gz here
/www/pyenv.tar.gz
Store Python-3.7.8.tar.xz here
/www/python_src.tar.xz
Execute installation script
bash install_6.0_en.sh
