Connect with your hosting provider and check if your on shared IP ? if yes request them to change the IP of your VPS or request for dedicated IP.

Best thing contact hosting and ask them to mail the blacklists and whitelist it or change your server ip on need, the worse thing is on contabo as well it needs to use the freakin myhostname = vmixxxxxx.contaboserver.net for postfix config which mails travel through and gmail is limiting/blocking the e-mails because too many "unrequested" e-mails sent, basically no e-mail reaches inbox not even spam . if you done all SSL certificate & the spf / dkim configs and still not working, the issue is on the hosting side .
