Increase website speed by cutting "Waiting Time"

Hi
I know this is not about panel, but as i seen other people are asking other questions so i did same, if i'm not allowed, please accept my apologies
I've started testing my website using GTMetrix & reduced my load time from 3.7Seconds to 0.7 seconds but still need to make it faster.
As i've seen in Waterfall Tab, there are several long Waiting times which i couldn't identify the reason. anybody can help me to troubleshoot?
I'm using nginx+apache+php 7.4 (opcache installed) on server & made some modification in nginx & mysql config for better performance
my website is running wordpress + some plugins & a pretty simple theme
minified all JS & CSS through script and also deferred JS files & minified HTML using CDN (made no difference)
I have 100% score on PageSpeed & 98% score on YSlow (google fonts are decreasing my 2%) but in Waterfall, there are several Waiting time.

In most case the images can reduce load time . Wp in some case need <imagemagick> . Do you have redis installed ? Can you post screenshot of Waterfall Tab?

I didn't use any image in my first page right now until i complete optimization in this phase i prefer to keep it simple.
No i didn't install redis but planning to use memcached for processes.
