Can't reach my web page

Hi Team,

I am deploying my webapp with alicloud ECS instance. I have added my site and domain name into AApanel. But it can't reach the page. What is the reson?? I have release all the required port in my security group according to the aapanel requirements.

I am actually deploying 'shopxo opensource mall' But i have developed it on my own and i have my own database sql. I have trouble connecting the db when deploying.

I tried connecting with the localhost ip by the aapanel or the ip by alicloud, they are all showing different errors.

I have set to the local IP and 3306 port according to aapanel, but I am still receiving errors that my table doesn't exists. I am imported the sql file into the localhost database created. Can you advise what is the issue here?

Yes I have, I did not modify the sql

and I found a solution on youtube with the same error, he just changed the permission from 644 to 755. But I have changed the permission of my database.php still the same error
This is the solution from the youtube. I am not sure which file to change permission or change I call the entire folders to 755?

Yes, I need to create a database before pasting my webapp codes into the root directory so The app can connect to the localhost database created on the aapanel. If I delete the database on aapanel the error below appears. Now i need to solve the problem that the table in my sql exists but aapanel couldn't read
