Access site folder without dns

Hello! which path should I access to access a domain that I created and has not yet propagated to dns.

for example: 123.123.123 / mysite.com

You dont, unless you use the file manager or an IP.

At present, you can add your ip in the domain name management or modify the hosts file of the PC to point the domain name to a specific ip.
