upload files problem: Please drag the file here

Hello.
These bugs have been present in the panel from the several month ago i used it first time.
In firefox when we darg files to (Please drag the file here) section it show alonge time (Getting upload file information, please wait...) and don' t upload files.
Please solve this problem.

Sorry, currently drag and drop upload only supports chrome browser or webkit kernel browser, we will optimize the prompt and support other browsers as soon as possible

I am unable to use "DRAG to UPLOAD" with chrome too. On dragging over the Files window, It says that "Upload files to the current directory", but the file gets opened in a separate browser tab when dropped.
I am using the latest version of Chrome on Windows 10.
Please help.

could you tell me what is your panel version? Have you tried repairing the panel and then clearing the browser cache?
