sir my aapanel is not getting access on port 8888

please help me I am using a Ubuntu 20.04 server and installed the aapanel successfully
but not getting access to the 8888 port pls pls help me how could I open the port 8888 I have tried everything on windows 10 os and have installed the ubuntu server in the virtual box and it is successfully installed pls help me.

Please check if your security group has released port 8888

It only work in centos on aws and not on any of the aws server platform

But sir I don't have any wifi or router connection in my house I use my mobile hotspot .

I want to sure that my data is not going any where instead of my own webserver on which I have installed aapanel.
