I'm using Login panel notification trough Telegram and get successfully Telegram notifications, but the IP-addresses that are displayed are only internal.
My Telegram message is like:

SreverHost: aaPanel Linux Panel
Ip Address: 192.168.x.x (internet) 192.168.x.x.(internal
...
IP-adress: 127.0.0.1:port`
I am login in trough reverse proxy of aaPanel.
How can I show the real IP (public IP) of the user?
And how can I change the Telegram message?
