Expired Date doesn't work?

Hi, I have some issue about website expired date. Usually the website is automatically stopped after expired date, but now I see it doesn't work. Many of my website is still running after expired date passed. I'm using version 6.8.4. I've tried to fix the panel and restart the server, but it still running.
