Mailserver 4.1 Not send email

I would like some help.
I was unable to work sending emails with mailserver.

I have VPS server by Vultr.
OS: CentOS SELinux 8 x64

It always displays the same error.
I tested in version 4.0 and 4.1 and the error persists.

Is there any additional configuration for this to work?

by default, VULTR has this blocked. Must be requested for release support.
