Try download the ioncube_loader official file from this Link. More compatible versions.

Extract the tarball file into folder /usr/local/ioncube/ as exactly as /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_8.3.so

After, go to PHP-8.3manage → Configuration file:
remove ; from line ;zend_extension = /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_8.3.so and save the config file

Then, restart php83 service.
