Activate and Validate SSL Certificate through command line

I want to know how to manually Activate and Validate SSL Certificate for a domain name (WildCard domain if possible) using only command. I don't want to create a domain name at website tab and enable SSL certificate there.

Hello, the command is not supported.
It is recommended that you use DNS verification. Is this a solution? Add according to the prompts.
After adding, you need to wait for a while for it to take effect. Finally, return to the interface for manually adding txt records and verify the dns records.

Actually, this is working from website tab which is enabled when a webserver is installed As I want it to installed like certbot .
