SSL from Sectigo make my BE can't be consumed

So I just set a new SSL from sectigo as let's encrypt can't be renewed. The problem then came when my mobile dev said that he encountered a certificate error from the BE. I've tried to make fullchain.pem but it says the key and certificate don't match. I have root, crt and intermediate files.

Let me remind you this:
fullchain.pem is a combination of your_domain.crt and SectigoRSADomainValidationSecureServerCA.crt.
For aaPanel to work, you can optionally choose your_domain.crt and its private key file.

It seems lack of information from your above description. you didn't provide private key of the certificate.
