Hi can someone help me, i tried to access my panel with security entrance and also a login credentials. I know my username and password but it keeps on asking again and again the credentials. I cannot pass through to the panel main login. I have tried changing my password and username via BT function but it still wont accept it. tried to remove security entrance but still it ask for my login credentials.
this is the login security i am talking about it ask a first set of login credentials before going to the panel login portal
