Mysql is not starting after ssl activate

I am facing a critical issue with my server. After trying to enable MySQL SSL, MySQL failed to restart, and all my sites are currently down. I attempted to disable SSL in the configuration and even reinstalled MySQL, but the server still isn’t starting. I urgently need your help to resolve this and bring MySQL back online.

It cannot be solved. If it is a new installation of mysql, you can try to uninstall mysql and install it again.
Also check whether the installation is successful. The installation log file:/tmp/panelExec.log
