How to add a cron job for SSL of all sites

For the databases and projects backup I have setup cron jobs and they work fine.
I don't have any clue of how to setup cron job for SSL renewal using Let's Encrypt.
Currently I have to do it manually by going to each site in aapanel and Renew SSL.
It will be great if someone can guide me how to renew SSL using let's encrypt via cron job
