I am not able to log into aaPanel's Terminal, the following error is appearing:
{'result': 'Account or Password incorrect: Authentication failed.,root@127.0.0.1:22'}

I have changed the root user's password a few days ago using the passwd command through the terminal. But now I am not able to log in through the aaPanel's Terminal or through Windows Command Prompt's ssh command.

I tried resetting the password of the root user through aaPanel -> Secirity menu -> SSH tab -> Root password textbox, but still the problem is not solved. I also tried setting old password (with which Terminal access was working) through this page, but still no success.

But how? Or why the default Terminal tab or the SSH from my Command Prompt in my computer are not working? Is there any solution?

wont work
This is not whether the inputs are wrong, its the aapanel is reading the old info right??
If the old password is stored somewhere for "Local Server",
can you tell me which file to update ?

Login into AA -> Ok
SSH -> OK
aaPanel -> Terminal -> Local Server-> Not OK as the post owner's screen shot shows
aaPanel -> Terminal -> add a custom 127.0.0.1-> OK
Therefore, its when we open page aaPanel -> Terminal it loads tab Local Server, this Local Server is reading wrong info
Where is the file or .sql storing the login info for Local Server ,
or you already have solution to update it ?

And this Local Server failure will affect aaPanel -> Files -> Open Terminal too, so needs to be fixed.

2. passwd
