Ajax error when trying to import wordpress them demo content

I have a VPS with 4GB RAM and 100GB storage. I installed the Flatsome WordPress theme and use PHP 8.3 with the settings shown in the attached screenshot.

However, I am facing some challenges: when I try to install the recommended plugins for the theme, I receive an AJAX error. when I attempt to import the demo content, I encounter the same AJAX error.

I tested the same theme on my shared hosting account with cPanel installed, and it installed successfully and imported the demo content without any errors.

Please how can I fix this issue on my VPS?

Do you need to install a specific PHP extension?

no the screenshot is to show my php configuration
