Mobile site not working as Desktop site is working normally

Hi, I have a domain from CF and suddenly it does not working on mobile. Some network is working but in my local cellular network is not working. Error from Chrome was the connection is timed out. However, it is working with Safari Browser on a Home Wireless Network.

I tried to change SSL/TLS at CF to Full or Full (Strict) and it does not help at all. I did reissue the let's encrypt and enable cloudflare SSL to FULL, it is not helping.

but when the site using IP, it is actually working well in mobile. I just wonder what did the problem locate from? is it from CF or hosting problem? or the cellular network problem?

Do you have any solutions on that? My website is moviekhhd.biz.

Yes, which is weird. Cellular network on mobile cannot reached to the website. But for Home Network or public network can access normally. I do not know about that well.
