cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

Why is it that all wordpress websites are displaying this error when you try to connect with other woocommerce extensions?

I tried these:

sudo apt update sudo apt install ca-certificates
sudo update-ca-certificates

on aapanel but still does not work
