Websites error 503 after server restart

Hi, i'm using aaPanel version 7.0.15 with apps:

Apache 2
PHP 8
MySQL 8

When server starts, aaPanel shows Apache up and running (green play triangle icon) in the Software section of the Home menu, but if i want to view a website, browser shows error 503:

"Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."
Same with ssl and non ssl enabled websites.

So i have to login in aaPanel and restart apache everytime server is turned on or rebooted... Otherwise error 503 are shown for every website. After apache is restarted, every website starts to work fine, until next server rebooot.
Reload apache won't work, must restart.

Is there any configuration to "refresh" apache start after every reboot?

Hardware:
2 cores cpu at 3.0ghz
3gb ram
80gb hdd

Hello, it is recommended that you check the error log of the site. This may be a problem caused by PHP not working properly

Hello, please check if php8.3 is running normally? Is it OK to try restarting it?

aaPanel_Kern PHP8.3 is running fine, even if restarted, i see the same error when i try to visit the website. This issue only fixes after restarting apache.

By the way, i have 4 websites, but only 2 of them have this issue, which mekes no sense.

It should be caused by the problem caused by the apache not connecting to php. What is the version of your operating system?
