Customized Redis 7.0.5 persistence is lost after server restarting (BUG)

I am running aaPanel 7.0.15 and Redis 7.0.5 at my Ubuntu server 20.04.

At Redis manager, the persistence is customized as per my needs.
I just found that the customized persistence is lost, and go back to the default, when the Ubuntu server is restarted.
Seems to be a bug.

I did some additional tests, resetting the server a couple of times, and seems the problem only happens in specific circumstances, potentially rare circumstances.
