Issue with Receiving Emails from Gmail in aaPanel Roundcube

Hello,

I am using aaPanel with Roundcube as my webmail client. I am facing an issue where my email cannot receive emails from Gmail, but it works fine with emails from other services.

The strange thing is that I can send emails to Gmail, but the replies do not arrive in my inbox.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? What could be the possible causes, and how can I fix it?

Hello, it is recommended that you check if the A record in the MX record of the mail server points to your server?
Also check whether gmail has sent email errors and other error messages such as return messages.
Check whether the mail server uses an SSL certificate to contain the A record corresponding to the MX record?
