Thank you for your reply. I have set my PTR record to my main domain.

Now, I want to add multiple domains but use a single MX record, similar to how Microsoft or Google do it. However, it seems like I need to set different MX records for each domain. Is that correct, or is there a way to configure a single MX record for all domains?

I appreciate your help. Here’s what I’ve done so far:

I set up kpdomain.co.uk in aaPanel and configured the MX record as mail.kpdomain.co.uk. Emails for this domain are working fine.
I added a new domain and pointed its MX record to mail.kpdomain.co.uk.
I then added the new domain to aaPanel and set up the email server.
However, I’m getting the following error:

"A record [mail.kpdomains.co.uk] does not belong to the domain name."

Is there something I’m missing in the setup, or do I need to make additional DNS changes?

After looking deeper into the software, I realized that I needed to install DNS Manager 3.7 and manage DNS through aaPanel, which is great.

However, I’m still facing some confusion. I have:

Set up the DNS server and pointed the nameservers to aaPanel.
Configured a new email account for the domain.
Encountered the error:
"A record [mail.kpdomains.co.uk] does not belong to the domain name."

To resolve this, I set the A record to mail.sounthe.co.uk.

Now, should I change the MX record to mail.kpdomains.co.uk, or should I leave it as mail.sounthe.co.uk for the new domain?

Please do not use DNS Manager, as some records of DNS Manager are known to be propagated.
Please add the corresponding record in the domain name provider administration office
