Email Configuration

Is there any way to apply the following to a email account?
Receiving Incoming Mail: Allow/Suspend
Sending Outgoing Email: Allow/Suspend

I can either enable the account or disabled it. But I want to be able to turn of email sending for specific emails but it should be able to receive emails.

Hello, thank you for your feedback, these configurations are not supported at present, and the requirements are already recorded.
