The IP address 192.168.x.xxx you configured is a private IP address used only inside local networks (according to RFC 1918).
It is not reachable from the Internet, so DNS providers like Cloudflare cannot find it.
To set up your mail server correctly, your domain’s A record must point to a public IP address.
If your server is behind a router, you need to use the router’s public IP and configure port forwarding to your internal server.
Please check your network settings and update the A record accordingly.
