Subdomain problem

Helo,

in the 'Website' option, I went to the option 'Add site' and so I added the subdomain (I guess that's the right way).
After that when I want to open it in a web browser my subdomain, for example: subdomain.name.com I get a website better say default ngnix page:

Welcome to nginx!
If you see this page, the nginx web server is successfully installed and working. Further configuration is required.

... I restarted apache and the server and the same thing happens.

I used the FIX option from the panel but it didn't help.

I have installed: Apache, MariaDB, phpmyadmin, PureFtpd, PhP 8.2

If you mean from a subdomain, I didn't put anything in the content. I should see the default website from the subdomain being successfully created but instead I see the Ngnix default page.

I looked via FTP and a folder was created from the subdomain and within the folder there are files by default, but in my web browser when I enter the subdomain I get the Ngnix Default page, the same page when I enter the IP address of the server.

Everything looks normal.
EDIT:
I also want to add that when I set a subdomain as the default website and when I try to access the subdomain through a web browser, I get an error: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
When I set any other website (I have two domains) as the default page, the subdomain opens that website.

I found a problem, it looks like you have a bug in the panel.
When I looked at the Config file of the subdomain I noticed that it only had:
<VirtualHost *:80>

and for some reason there is no inside:
<VirtualHost *:443>

When I inserted <VirtualHost *:443> all the code inside the config file of the subdomain everything is working normally. Please fix this bug in the next version.

Today I tried to do it for the first time and I get an error as if I failed 5 times in one hour, which is absolutely not true.

The prompt is that no corresponding A and AAAA records are found. Please add the corresponding records first so that the CA provider can access them normally.
If file verification is not possible, please use DNS verification.
If you prompt for restrictions, you can try to apply for SSL using a third-party website
