What are the SMTP credentials for the Mail server?

Hello, I am planning to host aaPanel on a azure machine so I can run a smtp server and host a website. The only problem is that I don't seem to figure out what is the credentials for the server. I found a video showing how to set up the mail server. Here are the things I need to enter for me to send a message:

Host (I am thinking it is just the public ip of my vm but I am not sure)
Username
Password
Port

Can you please tell me what they are? Thank you.

First, you have to create a email account with user and pass, the info of the server, are there.
