Update openssl and curl for php

Hi,
I am having trouble to call APIs because of outdated openssl and curl versions i am using php 8.3 which has openssl version 1.1.1o and curl version 7.* in order to make a succesfull calls to external APIs like stripe it requires the latest openssl and curl version.
how can updated it?

It cannot be changed directly at the moment. We are currently using Stripe but do not rely on curl and openssl
