After updating, on the new site I don't have a button to enable ssl but there is an add Let's Encrypt but when adding it says successful but the certificate is not added. After several attempts, Let's Encrypt simply blocks for several hours

I can't renew ssl with letsencrypt, when i try to do a dns verification it ask me to add domain domain management but it doesn't works cause the domain didn't appear on list, and i always see "ot connected to the Domain Management Center, please connect first", please fix it cause i have working domain but i can't update ssl certificates

You're right — this is not a permanent solution.
But for now, it's a good workaround to bypass the error and avoid SSL certificate expiration.

Until aaPanel releases an official fix for the renew_cert bug, disabling and recreating the certificate manually is the only way I found to keep the site secure without interruption.

Let’s hope they fix the renewal function soon!
