Abnormal incorrect traffic statistics

Hello,

I am experiencing a discrepancy in network traffic reporting between aaPanel and my VPS hosting provider’s VM management interface.

Specifically, aaPanel shows that my server is transferring around 3-4 MB/s both upstream and downstream, which seems unusually high and inconsistent. However, when I check the network usage directly through the hosting provider’s VM manager, it accurately shows around 80 KB/s, which aligns with my actual expected traffic.

Additionally, I have verified the network usage on the VPS itself using /sbin/iftop, and it also reports approximately 60 KB/s traffic, confirming the lower value.

To troubleshoot, I have:

Rebooted the server

Updated aaPanel to the latest version

Installed aaPanel fresh on a clean Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS installation

Despite these steps, the discrepancy in reported traffic in aaPanel persists.

Could you help me understand why aaPanel might be showing incorrect network transfer speeds and how to resolve this?

Hello, all network cards are displayed by default here. You can switch to the exit network card and then view it
The traffic inside the server will also be displayed

There is no memory here at present, and you need to switch after opening the homepage every time you open it
