Mail Server Alone (No Website Hosting)

I would like to create a mail server.
One Main Ip + 4 Additional Ip's (Purchased on Vultr)
I want to setup this server on Aapanel.

I want to configure Mailboxes and Also need smtp to use with other services to send mails. (I know all these setups)

I just want to clarify if this is possible with this panel. I can manually add ips on centos and also can configure postfix to use different ip for each domain.

My question:

Can i able to add ip additional through panel?
does mail server use posfix?
what about smtp for mails? smtp host and port is available or not.

its a bad idea to host only email on aapanel as mail system is disaster here i recommend to go with standalone email server if you are not hosting web on same server

zimrba is very good no other alternate for this .. if you are using mail for bulk mailing then this one too not recommended as bulk mailing need ip rotation.
