can't configure telegram alarm

Hi there, i have installed aapanel 7.0.20 in ubuntu 22.04.5, and tried to configure telegram and mail in alarm configuration, but when i click on confirm, nothing happend and can't create them:

in both cases, telegram or mail, nothing happend.

i'm missing something? ...thanks!

Hi, can you give us your aapanel information? The server makes a snapshot backup first, if possible, please send it to kern@aapanel.com.

hi, thanks for reply, but i can't give you that...for security policies....and because that server doesn't have public access... 🙁 any suggestion?...

any suggestion to fix this??, i have two others servers with ubuntu and aapanel 7.0.20 and the notifications settings are working with no issue, but in this server, with the same configuration, the alarm settings can not be configured....
