How to set SMPT to send email?

I couldnt understand anything how to set a smpt on the system by using our domain smpt settings.

ı have created a mail on the system but i can not use same mail informations as smtp to send send email on my wp website.

Can you suggest me what is the solution.?

what is the smtp adress
port number
than password?
