Application not running on AAPanel but working well on Apache local

I Try to install zcart marketplace on server using AApanel. From step 1 it check the requirement like picture 1

and this picture I install on Apache local (using XAMPP)

Pls help me to settup/config Mod_rewrite on AAPanel can run like on Apache local
the zcart is using Laravel 11.

The function connect to license server is not working properly. I asked the vendor to support, so, The answer is that there is no call to the server.

So, I think the problem come from the server are blocked some function or connection to the license server.
Pls help me, how to turn on Mod_Rewrite form the AAPanel for the application can check it.

Mod_Rewrite is started by default. It is recommended that you check whether the rules are normal?
