Let's Encrypt on Sub aaPanel doesn't create acme challenge files

Hello, I'm evaluating aaPanel for my new project. I need to use accounts so the customers can maintain their websites. There's issue I found that from Sub aaPanel I can't deploy LE certificate on any domain. It failed that acme-challenge missing which is true, because folder or files are not created at all. I think there could be some issue with account isolation that aaPanel ssl script can't create this acme challenges in /home folder.

Is this known issue? I'm running aaPanel on ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS, latest 2.8.0 version. I tried to turn off all hardening and security stuffs already.

Hello, this is normal, this request is responded by the Sub aaPanel program, is there any error message? Is the domain name resolved to the server IP?
