cURL error 60: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target

Previously I used cpanel and now I migrated to AAPanel.

But after the migration process is complete, I get an error message Download failed.: cURL error 60: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name ‘downloads.wordpress.org’' when trying to upgrade the wordpress version.

I have tried updating the CA, but I still get this problem, previously in Cpanel I never got an error like this.

Is this related to the SSL that I use on my website, I use SSL from Globalsign?

It looks like there is a problem with the server network.
Try to execute the following command to check if it is normal:

curl -kv https://downloads.wordpress.org
ping downloads.wordpress.org -c 5
