Hi,
I'm currently unable to log in to my account. I keep receiving the error message: "You must input username or email," even though I'm entering the correct login information.

I’ve tried logging in manually using both my email address and the aapanel username, but the issue persists.

Could you please help resolve this?

Hi, could you please clarify what you mean by “delete m and then add m”? I haven't deleted or re-added any users or modules. I'm simply trying to log in using my correct email and username but keep receiving the error: “You must input username or email.”

No, I currently have an active subscription, and deleting my account would also cancel the subscription. So, that's not the right solution.

My aaPanel installation became corrupted, so I followed a guide on the aaPanel forum to restore it. I copied the existing default.db backup and replaced the current default.db in the server/data directory with the one from the most recent backup zip file. This resolved most issues, but I'm still facing a problem with logging in.
