The migration from Plesk, which I have been using to administrate my servers for the past 20 years, to aaPanel is now complete – and all my domains and applications are running perfectly. I’ve truly fallen in love with aaPanel: its speed and administrative capabilities are significantly better. Of course, it requires some in-depth learning, but it’s a fantastic server administration tool, and I don’t miss Plesk at all.
However, I am facing a problem with the mail server for one specific domain, , which I have not been able to resolve. For this domain only, the mail server’s “DNS Record” section shows that no MX or A record is present. I have checked these records countless times with my domain host and also tested them using external tools – both MX and A records are present and working perfectly. I simply don’t understand why aaPanel is not detecting them and would greatly appreciate any support or advice.
