Hello,

I installed a fresh aaPanel instance on a new VPS running Ubuntu 20.04, and I’m again facing the issue where MariaDB 10.11.10 is running correctly, but the aaPanel GUI displays it as "stopped".

I had the exact same issue before. I submitted a support request and gave temporary access via email. The support team fixed it and told me:

“MySQL process has not stopped”

However, I never received the full explanation of how it was fixed, so I’m not sure what was changed.

Could you please let me know how to manually fix this issue so that I can avoid needing support access every time?
